Sarah Buchanan, PhD, LCSW

My goal for you: Explore. Discover. (Re)Connect.

Couples often seek therapy when the stability of the most important relationship of their adult lives is in jeopardy: a sense of connection has been lost, intimacy isn’t a priority, problems have become difficult to resolve, stress and emotions are high, communication isn’t clear, misunderstandings are common.

Sound familiar?

Fortunately, it’s possible to interrupt negative cycles and redefine (and expand!) relationships.

Everyone is deserving of an individualized approach and I strive to walk with and guide each person or couple through their unique experiences to achieve their unique outcomes. I am interested in exploring where you’re stuck and helping you discover new ways of interacting so you can ultimately connect and communicate in new ways.

My goal for you: Explore. Discover. (Re)Connect.
